How to check the response to your inquiry.

We generally respond to inquiries on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We will respond on weekends and public holidays if possible.

We have replied to you, but sometimes we receive calls asking, "I made an inquiry."

When we listened to your story, we found that there were cases where emails were not being properly confirmed.

There are two common reasons why this is not possible:

① The email has been put into your spam folder due to the specifications of your email software.

If it's just in the spam folder, that's fine.

②Some domains do not receive PC emails at all.
